Shoganai

Shoganai was informally established in February 2022, during the significant escalation of the Russo-Ukrainian War. Recognizing an urgent need to address the rapidly evolving challenges of national security, the organization emerged in response to the unprecedented scale of cyber conflict, unofficially dubbed by experts as "Cyber World War I".

Since its inception, Shoganai has operated in highly specialized domains, including cognitive warfare, counter-surveillance, geopolitical risk analysis, advanced cyber operations, and hunt forward missions. The challenging nature of this work has forged a legacy of excellence, with former collaborators advancing to high-priority missions and leadership roles across the national security landscape.

By 2023, Shoganai formalized its capabilities, providing comprehensive support to government entities on advanced hunt forward operations and cyber deterrence initiatives. The organization has led operations aimed at shaping adversarial decision-making, mitigating external narrative threats, and executing tailored non-kinetic strategies to protect critical interests. These operations, along with advanced targeting assessments, have enabled clients to maintain critical advantages in highly contested environments.
